Refund and Credit Policy

Refund and Credit Policy for Utah Summit LC:

1. Refund Requests:

a. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our club administration at team@utahsummitlc.com.
b. Refund requests will only be accepted within 21 days from the date of initial registration.
c. All refund requests must include the participant's name, date of registration, and reason for the refund.
d. Refund amounts will be processed based on the following guidelines:

- If the refund request is received within 21 days from the date of registration/payment, a full refund will be issued.
- If the refund request is received after 21 days from the date of registration/payment, but before the start of the program, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be granted once the program has started.

2. Credit Options:

a. Instead of a refund, participants may choose to receive a credit for future programs offered by Utah Summit LC.
b. Credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
c. Credit requests will only be accepted within 21 days from the date of registration/payment.
d. Credit amounts will be processed based on the following guidelines:

- If the credit request is received within 21 days from the date of registration/payment, a full credit will be issued.
- If the credit request is received after 21 days from the date of registration/payment, but before the start of the program, a 50% credit will be issued.
- No credits will be granted once the program has started.

3. Injury Incurred Playing Other Sports:

a. In case of injuries incurred while playing other sports that prevent participation in Utah Summit LC programs, participants may be eligible for a tuition credit.
b. Injury-related credit requests must be accompanied by appropriate medical documentation, clearly indicating the nature of the injury and its impact on participation.
c. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to grant a credit will be at the discretion of the club administration.
d. Injury-related credit requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the injury occurs.

4. Processing Time:

a. Refunds and credits will be processed within 21 business days from the date of receiving a valid refund or credit request.
b. The refunded amount will be issued via the original payment method used during registration.
c. Credits will be applied to the participant's account and can be redeemed towards future programs.

5. Exceptions:

a. In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Utah Summit LC reserves the right to consider refund or credit requests outside the specified timeframes.
b. All exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the club administration.

Please note that this policy is subject to change, and Utah Summit LC reserves the right to modify the refund and credit policy at its discretion. It is advisable for participants to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
